The industry needed a reset. So Sarah built one.
I started Albie because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant teams walking into leases that didn't fit them. Spaces that looked impressive in a brochure but ignored how the team actually worked. Decisions made under pressure, with no one asking the right questions.
That didn't feel right.
I have been in the industry since 2005 - long before 'flexible office' was a buzzword. I've watched the industry become faster, sharper and more competitive. But I still believe the best deals start with a conversation, not a pitch deck. An office isn't just square footage or a location. It's where your culture shows up, where ideas collide, and where people decide whether they want to stay.
